Volunteer
The Northern Virginia Alumni Chapter of Virginia State University is heavily involved in the DMV community. We work on behalf of many organizations in support of our schools, neighborhoods and churches.
Here’s a list of some of our annual volunteer events:

The NOVA Chapter is also a member of the DC Metro HBCU Alumni Alliance, Inc. (DCHBCUAA), a non-profit community-based organization that consists of Historically Black Colleges & Universities’ Alumni chapters in the Washington, DC Metropolitan area.
We continually seek opportunities to get our hands and hearts involved in the surrounding communities. Giving back moves us forward.
